**** Truro Police Release

The Truro Police Service Criminal Investigation Division has been diligently working on the missing person investigation of Zackery Kellock. This investigation has been comprehensive and in-depth.

On January 16, 2024, Truro Police Service responded to a report of a missing man who was believed to have been last seen on James St in Truro on January 14.

Since that time, we have determined that Zack was last confirmed to be at an address in Millbrook First Nation and that his disappearance is suspicious in nature. As such, we have shared this information with the RCMP, as they are the police of jurisdiction in Millbrook First Nation, where Zack had last been confirmed. Our investigators have briefed the RCMP and shared all the information we gathered in this case.

Due to the suspicious nature of the disappearance, the RCMP Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit will now be the lead agency in Zack Kellock’s case. While the Truro Police Service will continue to assist the RCMP, we ask anyone with any information or knowledge about this case to contact the RCMP.

The RCMP Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit is asking anyone with information on Zack Kellock’s whereabouts to contact them at 902-896-5060. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or submit a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
