Kyle Maas wanted by police on province-wide warrant
Digby RCMP have obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man who has been charged with a number of offences in the Digby area.
Kyle Timothy Maas, 30, who has been known to live in various locations between Yarmouth and Digby, has been charged with:
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Break and Enter with Intent
- Personating a Peace Officer
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance (4 counts)
Maas is described as a white male, 5-foot-8 with a stocky build. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes. Police have made several attempts to locate Maas, however are requesting assistance from the public.
Members of the public are asked to not approach Maas if he is located, and call police. Digby RCMP is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kyle Maas to contact them in Digby at 902-245-2579.
