UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested

Christopher Charles Mattinson, 33, who was wanted out of Little River on a province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested.

Mattinson is being held in custody and will appear in Amherst Provincial Court today.

Cumberland County District RCMP would like to thank Amherst Police for its assistance, and the public for their shares and re-tweet on social media.

 

Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

Cumberland County District RCMP has obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man in relation to an assault that occurred on February 11 in Little River.

Christopher Charles Mattinson, 33, of Little River is charged with:

  • Assault Causing Bodily Harm
  • Assault
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
  • Uttering Threats
  • Failure to Comply with Conditions

Mattinson is described as 6-feet-7, 200 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
