Police charge man for break and enter
Police have charged a man in relation to a break and enter into a storage unit in Halifax yesterday morning.
On January 31 at approximately 6:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in progress on Walter Havill Drive. A tenant found a man in their storage unit in the parking garage of the apartment building. The man fled the area on foot prior to officers arriving on scene. Officers arrested him a short time later in the area.

Police charge three men with break and enter
Police have charged three men in relation to a break and enter that occurred in Halifax last night.
On January 31 at approximately 10:15 p.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in progress on Norawarren Drive. Three men were seen trying to break into a number of residences under construction on the street. Officers searched the area and located the three men in a residence that was under construction on Angler Drive.
The three men, ages 48, 47 and 43, are scheduled to appear in court at a later date to face one count each of break and enter and trespass by night.
The 48-year-old man is also facing one count of possession of break-in instruments.
