Digby RCMP investigating theft of lobster traps

Digby RCMP is investigating the theft of a large quantity of lobster traps from a commercial property on Victoria St. in Digby.

On August 18, police received a complaint of forty-three lobster traps that had been stolen from the property. The total value of the traps is approximately $10,750.

On August 24, police received a second complaint of lobster traps being stolen from the same property. This time thirty-two traps were taken valued at approximately $8,000.
