Product description: This recall involves the Trusted USB Rechargeable FAN 5 inch/3 speed Fan 831 with battery and charging cable.
Hazard identified: The fan blade may crack or break off and separate from the fan housing therefore may cause a laceration hazard.

Customers should immediately stop using the affected product and return the item for a refund at the Customer Service Department at any London Drugs store.
