Update: Missing person located


The 43-year-old who was reported missing from Aylesford​ has been located and is safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Missing person: Help the RCMP find​ Timothy Hiltz

Windsor RCMP is asking for the​ public’s assistance to locate 43-year-old Timothy Hiltz of Halifax who was last seen Friday, December 25 in Aylesford at approximately 9:30 p.m.

Timothy Hiltz is described as white, 5-foot-10 and 215 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue dress shirt, black shoes and a black jacket. Hiltz may be driving a black Dodge Ram pickup truck with Nova Scotia licence plate GLJ 697.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
