Product model numbers codes are situated on a white sticker at the base of the fan.
Hazard identified: The ceiling fan blades can detach during use, posing an injury hazard to consumers. As of December 23, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received forty-seven (47) reports of the blade detaching from the fan, including two (2) reports of the fan blade hitting a consumer and four (4) reports of the blade causing property damage.

Consumers should immediately stop using the fan and contact King of Fans for instructions on how to inspect your ceiling fan for defects. If an issue is identified, King of Fans will offer a replacement or refund.
