As we near the 36-hour mark of firefighting and demolition efforts on Quinpool Road, we want to take a moment to highlight a few bright spots from earlier in the operation
Yesterday, a few young neighbours stopped by with their families to see what was going on. After asking what our members were up to, we made them fire fighters on the spot. One even made sure his dog got a helmet too—for safety, of course.
Even during a major response, we always make time for the community.
We’d also like to send a huge thank you to Pur & Simple and McDonald’s Canada for their generous donations to our members working long hours on scene. Your support keeps us going.
