Police looking for robbery suspect

Police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth at 7:15 p.m. April 10.

At approximately 7:15 p.m. Halifax Regional Police received a report of a robbery that had just occurred at the Circle K store located at 200 Waverley Road. A man entered the store, threatened a staff member with a knife and demanded money. The man then fled on foot with an amount of money and cigarettes.​ The staff member was not injured.

The suspect is described a 6ft tall, stocky build, wearing black leggings, a black sweater and carrying a green bag.
