Update: Patient Marcel David Lawrence has been located. He safely returned to the hospital today.
Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) thanks the public and law enforcement for their help in locating the patient.

Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Marcel David Lawrence, who has gone missing from a Lower Sackville hospital.
Lawrence is an African-Canadian man who has brown eyes and short dark hair. He stands six feet tall and weighs 232 pounds. He has several tattoos on his face and neck. He was last seen wearing a black and white toque, black and red sneakers, a white hoodie and grey sweatpants.
The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from hospital. Anyone with information (including how to reach Mr. Lawrence’s next of kin) is asked to please contact their local law enforcement agency.
