Halifax Regional Police would like to urge citizens to refrain from venturing out on the roadways in HRM during this winter storm.
Driving conditions are treacherous with whiteout conditions in areas. If heading out please reduce speed and use extreme caution and be prepared for adverse conditions and delays.
