Police are on scene of a weapons call
Police are currently on scene of a weapons call in the 1500 block of Brunswick Street in downtown Halifax. Police have closed Brunswick Street between Sackville Street and Spring Garden Road as well as Doyle Street at Queen Street to vehicle and pedestrian traffic to allow officers to conduct the investigation.
The investigation is in the early stages. Investigators do not believe that there is a threat to the public at this time. More information will be provided when it becomes available
