On March 17, 2025, at approximately 4:15 a.m. Colchester County District RCMP and fire services responded to a report of an arson to a residence on Bob Lee Dr. in Bible Hill. Upon arrival, responding officers observed flames at the rear of the home. Fire services extinguished the fire quickly and the home sustained minimal damage.

The investigation indicates that at approximately 4:10 a.m. a man carrying a bag approached the home on Bob Lee Dr. on foot from the north (Farnham Rd./Bob Lee Dr.). He entered the backyard and started a fire at the exterior of the home, before running from the home toward Andy’s Ave.

The man was wearing a jacket, grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, sweatpants and running shoes.
