Police are investigating a break and enter​ that occurred in Halifax

At 5:36 a.m., Police responded to a report of a break & enter in progress at the NSLC located at 3601 Joseph Howe Drive after a man broke in the store and removed some product.

The suspect fled on foot and was not located. He’s described as a white man wearing all black and a red ball cap.​

Church break and enter

Police are investigating another break and enter​ into a church in Dartmouth.

This afternoon, Police responded to a report of a break & enter at a church on Farrell Street in Dartmouth. The suspects entered the church overnight, stole some items and caused property damages.​

This is the fourth break into a place of worship reported to police in the last 24hrs. ​ The Integrated General Investigative Section of the Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the incidents.

Police are asking anyone who notices any suspicious activity around​ residences, businesses or places of worship to​ report it by calling 902-490-5020.​
