Police seek public’s assistance locating man with warrant for criminal harassment
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man with an arrest warrant for criminal harassment that spans a 12-year period.
Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Criminal Investigation Division have obtained an arrest warrant for Neil Alfred Brown, 70, in relation to two counts of criminal harassment, section 264(2)(b) repeatedly communicating with, either directly or indirectly, the other person or anyone known to them. The incidents occurred between 2009 and 2021 and involve two separate victims.
Brown is described as a white man with brownish-grey hair and blue eyes.
Investigators have not been able to locate Brown and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5016.
