UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested

Jessie James Miles, 31, from Prospect Bay, who was wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant was located and safely arrested yesterday.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their shares on social media.

Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.

Jessie James Miles, 31, from Prospect Bay, is wanted and facing charges of Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, Flight from a Peace Officer, Operation while Prohibited and Theft of a Motor Vehicle.

Miles is described as 5-foot-11, 170 lbs. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Police have made several attempts to locate Miles, and are requesting assistance from the public.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jessie James Miles is asked to refrain from approaching him and to call police at 902-490-5020.
