RCMP seek information related to suspicious circumstances in Middleton
Annapolis District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two people related to suspicious circumstances at a Middleton business.
On the evening of August 10, two people, including a youth, attended a business on Main St. Witnesses reported that their actions and comments while in and around the business aroused suspicion. After they left, the two people spent some time in other public areas around Middleton and appeared to leave the town at approximately 9:15 p.m.
RCMP officers are concerned for the safety of the youth and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the pair.
The man is described as in his 40s and approximately 5-foot-9, with dyed black hair and trimmed facial hair. He had tattoos on his neck and arms and was wearing a tight white t-shirt and checkered shorts. He was accompanied by a dog that appeared to be a Lab/Pincher mix; the dog was approximately 140lb and wearing a blue vest.
The girl is described as approximately 14 years old. She is about 5-foot-5 with a petite build and brown hair, and was wearing glasses, navy blue shorts and a brown t-shirt.
The man was driving a black Dodge Ram with large tires and Ontario plates, possibly with a cross or similar decal on the back window.
