RCMP investigates fatal collision
Kings District RCMP is investigating a fatal single vehicle collision that occurred yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 4 p.m., Kings District RCMP, EHS and Canning Fire responded to a single vehicle collision on Hwy. 341 in Canard. The driver, a 71-year-old man from Canning, was transported to hospital by EHS where he later died.
An RCMP Collision Analyst attended, and the highway was closed for several hours. It has since re-opened.
The investigation is ongoing.
