UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested.

David Stewart Gaudet 36 years of age from Pictou County, who was wanted on a province wide warrant has been arrested.

David Stewart Gaudet was charged with,

  1. Robbery

  1. Wearing a disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence.

David Stewart Gaudet was arrested at 9:00pm on December 13, 2023, in Pictou Nova Scotia with assistance of the Pictou County District Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

David Stewart Gaudet 36 years of age is currently in custody and will appear in Provincial Court in Pictou on December 14 , 2023.

The New Glasgow Regional Police thank the public for their sharing of information through the community and social media that lead to apprehension of David Stewart Gaudet..

Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant

New Glasgow Regional Police has obtained a Warrant for the Arrest of a man in relation to a robbery at a gas station and convenience store on Marsh Street New Glasgow that occurred on December 10, 2023.

David Stewart Gaudet, 36, who may be residing in Pictou County, is facing charges of

  • Robbery
  • Wearing a disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence.

Police have made several attempts to locate David Stewart Gaudet and are requesting assistance from the public.
