Missing person: Help the RCMP find Dylan Randall Francis
Millbrook RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Dylan Randall Francis, who was last seen on October 13 in Millbrook.
Francis is described as 6-foot-2, slim build. He has light brown hair, a mustache and blue eyes.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
