East Hants District RCMP charge man in sexual assault
East Hants District RCMP has charged a man with sexual assault after an incident in Enfield.
On April 21, 2023, East Hants District RCMP received a report of a sexual assault, that had occurred in March 2023, at a home on Carriage Ln. in Enfield. RCMP officers met with the survivor and learned that she had been sexually assaulted while sleeping, by a man who is known to her.
On April 24, RCMP officers arrested a 61-year-old Enfield man and later released him on conditions.
Robert Moulton has since been formally charged with Sexual Assault (three counts) and will appear in Shubenacadie Provincial Court later today.
