Request for public’s assistance in locating missing patient
Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Max Lowe Perry, who is missing from a Halifax hospital.
Max is approximately 6-feet, with a slim build and no tattoos or piercings. Max was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, and dirty white shoes.
The patient’s risk increases with the length of time they are away from treatment.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
