Police Investigate an Assault with a Weapon – Halifax
At 12:02 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of an injured male with stab wounds in the 2100 block of Barrington Street Halifax. Patrol officers located a 34 year old male with injuries consistent with a stabbing. The male was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There is no suspect description at this time.
Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation, which is in the early stages.
