Penny and Fern are a bonded pair of small dogs who adore car rides but despise the rain. These two lovable pups are looking to join a home together and would be best suited for a house with no children.
Penny is a 9 year-old chihuahua and min-pin mix who loves attention. Fern is a 6 year-old chihuahua mix who is a bundle of energy.
