A little about me: Bouncy Baxter has not checked his birth certificate lately and thinks he is still a puppy. As an adult with a puppy personality he has some anxiety (currently on medication) so needs an owner who can work with him to build his confidence. He is a very sweet and affectionate boy who with proper guidance and patience, will become your best friend.
