Police issue summary offence ticket to driver
Police responded to a vehicle pedestrian collision that occurred in Dartmouth on the weekend.
On February 19 at approximately 11:05 p.m. officers responded to a vehicle pedestrian collision that occurred in the 200 block of Prince Albert Road. A man in a marked crosswalk was struck by the driver of the vehicle travelling on Prince Albert Road.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
