Police Investigate Robbery – Dartmouth

At 3:00 a.m., on the 17th of December, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a robbery at Ultramar, 219 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth.​ 911 caller reported a male carrying an axe demanded money and cigarettes.​ The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes.​ No one involved was injured.​Multiple patrol units and a Police Service Dogs responded.​ Officer searched the area, but have not located the suspect.​The suspect is described as:

Suspect – White male, dark complexion, 5’10”, 30-40 years.​ Wearing a brown jacket, dark scarf and toque.
