As a result, the fuse could overheat and fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.

Issue:
On certain Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), the wrong bolt may have been used to connect the high-voltage battery fuse. As a result, the fuse could overheat and fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.Safety Risk:
A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the 200 A fuse assembly in the high-voltage battery. If necessary, the dealer will replace the fuse assembly or the high-voltage battery pack.
