Police on scene of stabbing in Dartmouth

At approximately 3 p.m. officers responded to a report of a disturbance where a person had been stabbed in the area of the Halifax Transit Bridge Terminal on Nantucket Avenue.

Officers located a male youth in the area with what are believed to be non-life-threatening stab wounds. He was transported to hospital for treatment.

The investigation is in the early stages and further information will be provided when it becomes available.
