NOVA SCOTIA CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL RETURNS – HOSTED BY THE CRAFT BREWERS ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA
The Nova Scotia Craft Beer Festival, hosted by the Craft Brewers Association (CBANS), is set to return to the Halifax scene after a three-year pandemic hiatus.
“2022 is going to be a pivotal year for our Festival. This year we have moved to a new venue on the Halifax Waterfront which gives it a great new look and feel. It will be more of an ‘experience’ rather than a beer fest, as you may know it,” said Debbi MacDonald, Executive Director of CBANS.
The festival will showcase more than 40 breweries, each of which will offer their products for tasting, and on-site purchases.
To pair with the beer, the event will also feature popular food trucks, Halimac Axe Throwing, and music during each session. For more of a party scene, a DJ will be spinning tunes Friday and Saturday evening.
“It is a perfect showcase for craft beer enthusiasts to enjoy products from a brewer they may not have tried before,” said MacDonald.
The event will be topped off with a kitchen party experience featuring musical performances by Newfoundland’s Lisa MacArthur and Halifax’s Dave MacIssac.
“The Craft Beer Festival is really important to CBANS and its producers. While all of the attractions are fun and exciting, the very best part is the opportunity to sample award winning craft beer from breweries across the province.
