NS SPCA Adoptable Highlight – Sweet Pea
Who is ready for a summer of adventure? Sweet Pea is and she would like to take you along for the ride! Believed to be an American Staffordshire Terrier and Shepherd mix, Sweet Pea is only 10 and a half months old. She is an adorable, energetic ball of love and is bursting with excitement at the thought of all the new experiences ahead as she looks for her new family. She is extremely smart and we feel she would excel at dog sports. We can see her running an agility course with speed and finesse or maybe even dock diving with grace. She would excel with hiking, agility, being a running companion, etc. She loves the company of other dogs but is an exuberant player and so would need a friend with a similar play style.
Being a young pup, still under a year old, she will be required to attend obedience classes with her new family to help the bonding experience. Best home for this girl, is one with older children, 14 years and up.

You can drop by the shelter anytime during our business hours to meet adoptable dogs. We do not accept online applications at this time.
