**** Truro Police Release
On Friday June 24th Truro Police Service patrol officers responded to the cemetery on Kaulback St. for a report of damage to property.
Police found a light and 21 headstones damaged.
A short time later police arrested a 23 year old male from Salmon River and a 17 year old male (youth) from Belmont.
Each has been charged with 22 counts of mischief (damage to property).
Both were released to appear in court at a later date.
This matter remains under investigation
