Total rainfall: 40 to 70 mm. Locally higher amounts possible.
Maximum wind gusts: near 80 km/h.
Locations: Mainland Nova Scotia
Time span: Tuesday through Wednesday morning.
Remarks: Rain will begin Tuesday morning and become heavy, at times, later in the day with strong southeasterly winds. The rain is expected taper to showers with diminishing winds overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
