Lunenburg RCMP investigates fatal ATV collision
At approximately 8:19 a.m. this morning, police were called to a single-vehicle crash on the East Clifford Rd. in East Clifford.
The RCMP, Fire and EHS attended the scene and found a Side-by-Side ATV near the roadway upright with extensive damage. The driver, a 66-year-old man from East Clifford was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no passengers in the vehicle.
A collision re-constructionist is on scene and the investigation is ongoing.
The East Clifford Rd. remains closed in both directions with diversion point being the Upper Branch Rd. The road is expected to remain closed until late this afternoon.
