Zoom 360 Ultralight Jogging Strollers recalled due to Fall Hazard

 

This recall involves the Zoom 360 Ultralight jogging strollers. “Joovy” is written across the front of the stroller and “Zoom Ultralight” is written on the parent organizer attachment on the bottom of the stroller. See Joovy’s video at https://vimeo.com/574693044/09c3d0418c to install the repair.

The recalled strollers have the SKUs indicated in the table below and a batch number between March 2020 (03-XX-20) and October 2020 (10-XX-20). The stroller label on the inside leg contains the SKU and batch numbers.

 

Issue

The stroller’s front wheel bearing can fail or detach, posing a fall and injury hazard.

 

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled strollers and contact Joovy for a free repair kit.

Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission’s website.

Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.

Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form
