New Glasgow Regional Police is looking to identify the suspect involved in the Attempted Robbery at the Wilsons Gas Bar, New Glasgow, N.S.

On Thursday September 23 at 9:45 pm New Glasgow Regional Police responded to the Wilson Gas Bar, Marsh Street New Glasgow, where an unknown adult male walked into the store carrying a shovel and demanded cigarettes. After a brief verbal altercation with a staff member, the suspect immediately fled the area on foot.

New Glasgow Regional Police is looking to identify the suspect described in the photo.

An adult male approximately 5 foot 10 inches tall

Medium build

Wearing a blue hoodie with white letters UNH Hockey.

Wearing yellow plaid pants, black sneakers and black and yellow gloves.

New Glasgow Regional Police continue to investigate.
