Police investigate robbery​

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a robbery that occurred in Halifax over the weekend.

On August 7 police responded to a robbery at the Irving Circle K located at 5450 Inglis Street. A man entered the store, produced a knife and demanded money from the clerk. The man left on a bicycle with an undisclosed amount of money. The employee was not injured.

The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 20-30 years of age with short curly brown hair. He was wearing a black hat with an Atlanta Falcons NFL logo, face mask, sunglasses, hoodie, thick black leather gloves, dark grey sweat pants and black shoes. He was carrying a white bag with a colorful pattern.
