Police are investigating a stabbing in Halifax

Members of patrol and the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a stabbing that occurred this afternoon in Halifax.

At approximately 2:20 p.m., Halifax Regional Police patrol members responded to a report of a female who had been stabbed in the vicinity of the 1300 block on Robie Street,​ Halifax.​ On arrival, officers located the female and a male, each suffering from stab wounds. They were both transported to hospital with serious injuries.​ At this time, police are not looking for anyone else related to this matter.​

Updates on the investigation will be provided when available.​ ​
