Emergency service workers in Halifax Regional Municipality have continued to answer the call to help save more lives as part of this year’s annual Sirens for Life blood drive campaign.
The friendly challenge between Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency, Halifax Regional Police, RCMP, and EHS ran for a set period of time and the life-savers with the most collected donations won the Sirens for Life trophy.
This year, the RCMP took the trophy from defending champs, the HRFE, who came in second followed by HRP and EHS.
