Pictou County District RCMP responds to serious collision
Pictou County District RCMP is investigating after an off-road vehicle collision on Lamont Rd. in Egerton.
At approximately 6:10 p.m. on May 16, police were notified of a collision on Lamont Rd. in Egerton. Police, fire and EHS attended the scene and found an ATV that had left the road and went into the ditch. The driver of the ATV, a 13-year-old youth, sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital in Halifax by LifeFlight.
Pictou County District RCMP continues to investigate.
