For the health and welfare of our employees and our Members, we ask for your cooperation in order to prevent the spread of this virus. We have developed precautionary measures and are taking action to limit contact with the public while still remaining there for our Members when they need us.

To receive Roadside Assistance you are asked to agree that you have not been outside your home province, have not been in contact with anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms, or are not self-isolating.

You will be advised to seek alternate transportation from the scene of breakdown and that you will not be able to ride in the service vehicle when the driver arrives to provide service. The driver will remain with you until your alternate transportation arrives.
