Update: Missing person located

The 66-year-old Halifax man police issued a media release asking for the public’s assistance in locating on March 19, has been located safe.

We thank the public and the media for their concern and assistance.

Missing Person: Hugh Landry

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 66-year-old Halifax man.

Hugh Landry was last seen earlier this week in the Gottingen Street area of Halifax. He is described as a white man, 5’8” with blue eyes, white hair and a beard.

There is no information to suggest that Hugh has met with foul play, however, his family and police are concerned for his well-being.
