BPS MEMBERS RESPOND TO STABBING; REQUEST PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
Bridgewater Police Service (BPS) members responded to a report of a male covered in blood on Old Bridge Street in Bridgewater at approximately 4:15 p.m. this afternoon.
Upon arrival, members investigated and located a male in the vicinity of Old Bridge Street who is believed to be the victim of a stabbing. According to the victim, the stabbing took place between 3:30 and 4 p.m. The victim was transported to South Shore Regional Hospital for treatment by EHS.
This matter is currently under active investigation. Any member of the public who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant information is asked to contact BPS at 902-543-2464.
