Product description: This recall involves the Model Year 2021 Toro Power Max 826 OHAE snow thrower with model number 37802 and UPC 021038378022. A complete list of serial numbers included in this recall along with the location of the serial number is available at: http://www.toro.com/en/product-safety-information/product-recall-information.

Hazard identified: The roll pins located in the handle latching assembly could crack and fall out, preventing the auger/impeller from being disengaged. This would cause the auger/impeller to spin at full speed any time the engine is running, posing a potential injury hazard to users.  As of January 26 2021, the company has received 4 reports of missing roll pins in Canada, and no reports of injuries.
