Lakeview Point Rd. & Hume St. – Water Main Repair
Beginning at approximately 10:00 AM this morning, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking an urgent water main repair at the intersection of Lakeview Point Road and Hume Street in Dartmouth. This work will require a temporary water shut down for customers on Lakeview Point Road and Hume Street until approximately 3:00 PM today.
There will be stop and go traffic in the work zone.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
Elwin Crescent – Water Main Repair
Halifax Water crews are responding to a water main break on Elwin Crescent. Water service in the area will be temporarily shut down so crews can safely repair the pipe. There is no estimated time of service restoration.
