​Police Investigate Arson

Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a suspicious fire that occurred early this morning in Halifax.

At 3:45 a.m. on March 14, Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency along with Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of a suspicious fire at 5545 Clyde Street in Halifax.​ Businesses located at this address were closed at the time and no one was injured in this fire which was quickly extinguished. This is the second suspicious fire at this location in the past week.

Scene being held by police until processed by fire and police investigators in the morning.
