This screenshot from a dashcam (poor quality, the sender apologises) shows a white VW SUV pass a school bus earlier on Windmill Rd. The bus had lights and stop sign activated and the bus driver also blasted their horn.
It is illegal and dangerous to pass school buses with lights and signs activated. There us no excuses for it.
