Musquodoboit Harbour RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate the suspects involved in the theft of two Riot Edge 15 sea kayaks on May 7.
The kayaks were stolen along the Musquodoboit River off Hwy 357 at approximately 4:30 p.m. It is believed that there were two suspects travelling in a dark grey Toyota Venza. The vehicle travelled south down the 357 then west on Hwy 7 from Musquodoboit Harbour towards Porter’s Lake with the kayaks.
The driver of the vehicle was described as a 30-40 year-old white man. On May 10 at 6 a.m., a red pick-up truck dumped the kayaks by the legion at Loon Lake in Dartmouth.
