Police charge man in relation to a break and enter
Police have charged a man in relation to a break and enter that occurred in Halifax overnight.
At approximately 8:50 p.m. police responded to a break and enter in progress. A man had broken into a residence on Wellington Street while the residents were still at home. The man fled the residence with electronics and was arrested a short distance from the home without incident.
A 49-year-old Halifax man will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of break and enter and breach of undertaking.
